I had made this delicious dessert before but I really love Ina garten’a versión and is fast and delicious!!

from Ina Garten
3 cups of raspberries (frozen or fresh)
1 cup more 3 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon freshly lemon juice
2 cups cold heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
150 grams little meringue (or a large meringue broken)
Pour half of raspberries, 1 cup of sugar, and lemon juice into saute pan.
Crush berries lightly with fork and brings to full boil over médium heat.
Lower heat and simmer 10 minutes stirring, ocassionally until syrupy.
Fold in remaining raspberries , refrigerate until cold.
